Real estate firm using AI to advertise to attract buyers, sellers

Lee Herald Favicon 16Global luxury brand, Engel and Völkers is partnering with leading digital property and agent marketing company, Adfenix, to create an innovative property marketing platform “Evolve Social.”

Evolve Social is an artificial-intelligence-powered social media advertising solution that enables real estate advisors to achieve average results that are 13-times higher than the industry standard for engagement and leads on their listings. Using complex data analysis and machine learning, Evolve Social has a highly targeted and effective advertising presence on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

“To stay at the forefront of an ever-evolving industry, we need to maintain a consistent presence where the buyers, sellers and top-producing agents are,” said Timo Khammash, Managing Partner of Engel & Völkers Florida. “Digitally, this means having a distinct and high-quality presentation of our listings, advisors and brand on social media.”

With the continuous growth of the construction industry in the Southwest Florida market, accompanied by a stable real estate market, people from all over the country are moving down. This new app is meant to ease the process of finding and buying homes.

“Clients in Florida and around the world becoming more digitally savvy and have high expectations of the agents and the brokerages that represent their interests,” said Oliver Tonn, Co-owner of Engel & Völkers Florida. “They demand products that are expertly executed and return great results – Evolve Social delivers on both these fronts. Embracing innovation and partnering with global experts like Adfenix to offer pioneering solutions, helps us not only attract more top-producing agents to our brokerages, but showcases to our customers the level of commitment to best-in-business practices they experience when they list with Engel & Völkers.”

Engel & Völkers Florida is the first and so far only brokerage network in Florida currently offering this service to their agents and clients.

“This is a terrific opportunity for our Advisers to combine the popularity of social media advertising with the effectiveness of the artificial intelligence technology offered by Adfenix to significantly improve the reach and productivity of their advertising efforts,” Jeff Jones, the Managing Broker at Engel and Völkers, said.
