Deputies are deeming the death of a Bonita Springs woman on Sunday to be a homicide, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office said Monday.
Sarah Nicholson, 34, was found dead inside of a mobile home on Sunday. Her identify was released by deputies on Monday, with a news release from LCSO adding that the Major Crimes Unit is investigating her death as a homicide.
Emergency responders first reported to a house fire shortly before 6 a.m. on Squire Road in Bonita Springs. The property is a mobile home, owned by David and Debra Nicholson according to records from the Lee County Property Appraiser.
No other information is available from authorities, who say they believe it is an isolated incident and the investigation is ongoing.
